Do I need a Capsa Healthcare account? - All orders placed on Shop Capsa will require
a Capsa Healthcare account. If you are
unsure if you have an account, or are unsure of your account number, please
call 800-437-6633 and ask for the Parts Team or email [email protected]. Additional information may needed to set-up your account and provide a credit limit.
Payment Options? - During our one page checkout process you
can choose to put the order on your account without a PO, on your account with
a PO, or on your credit card.
When will I receive an invoice? - The invoice will be generated after the
order ships; it will either be emailed or mailed to the email address or billing
address on the Capsa Healthcare account.
How is sales tax calculated? - Taxes are determined by the ship to location’s local tax regulations. Sales tax will be calculated and appear on your final order confirmation. Tax exempt orders please call customer service, web orders will have sales tax applied.
Are Purchase Orders required? - If your company generates a hard copy of a purchase order, you may attach that during our one page checkout process. Please note some Capsa Healthcare accounts require a hard copy of the PO. If it’s not provided we may request a hard copy be sent to us.
Who will my credit card order be processed? - During our one
page checkout process you can choose to pay for the order with a credit
card. In accordance with PCI standards
we are currently not able to accept card information online. You will be asked to provide a contact name
and number and a Capsa Healthcare parts representative will reach out to your
by phone to complete the order within 24 hours of the order being placed. We
accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

What types of customers do you sell to? - Our customers include the Acute, Extended Care, and Pharmacies. If you are a re-seller or distributor please contact us at 800-437-6633.
Do you ship internationally? International orders cannot be placed with
ShopCapsa.com. Please call 800-437-6633
and ask for the International Team to place orders shipping outside of the US.
How do I place special orders? - To order a part not listed
on Shop Capsa, please call 800-437-6633 and ask for the Parts Team.
Shipping:
What is your Lead Time? - The standard lead time for items
in stock is usually within two business days of the order being placed. A final order confirmation, including sales
tax and shipping, will be sent to the email address provided within one
business day of the order being placed.
How much is shipping?
- Capsa Healthcare’s standard shipping
terms are prepaid and charge unless a 3rd party shipping account is in the notes. Actual
freight charges will be calculated at the time of shipment and be on the final
invoice.
Can I use my own shipping company? Yes, please indicate the third party billing
information in the Comments field at the bottom of the checkout page.
Can I place large orders? – Large orders may require
additional leads times. An order confirmation will be sent to the
email address provided within one business day of the order being placed. If we require more than the typical 2 day
shipping time we will notify you.
Where will my items ship from? - Capsa Healthcare has three warehouses in
the United States. Depending on the part
number ordered, items ship from either Ohio, Oregon or Arizona. Orders including items stocked in separate
warehouses will be split into multiple orders.
Where can I get order tracking information? - To
obtain a tracking number for your order you can call 800-437-6633 and ask for
the Parts Team or email [email protected].
May I place custom orders? - To order custom items please
call 800-437-6633 and ask for the Parts Team.
Please note custom orders are sold on a final sale basis only. No cancellations, returns or refunds are
permitted.

How do I cancel an order? -
To cancel an order please call 800-437-6633 and ask for the Parts Team
within one business day of placing the order
How do I return an order? - Please call 800-437-6633 and ask
for the Parts Team to request a RMA - Return Materials Authorization. Any order shipped back without authorization
will not be credited back to the account. Customer will be responsible for return freight. Please note we cannot accept any products that
may have come in contact with hazardous or infection materials. Also, all product returns are subject to a
restocking fee of 25%.
